Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly send us an email or reach us at our hotline, 69229911. All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the Products.

Refunds for Product purchased under promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. 

Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:

  1. If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged / defective condition or wrong items delivered, exchange of Products / refund will be done via on-site .
  2. If additional/wrong or damaged Products are delivered, MasterPro reserves rights to collect the Products from customer.
  3. If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake,MasterPro reserves the rights to refund difference or supply the correct / short delivered item.
  4. If item is damaged upon delivery, MasterPro reserve the rights to request for photo evidence.
  5. MasterPro reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations, refunds or exchanges at its sole discretion.
